Can I change the background color of the forms in the issue view screen in JSM?

For example, as you can see the above background color is yellow and I want to change the color to blue. 

If possible can I have different background colors for different forms in the same issue.

This is not available for cloud. And also this is for status colors.

Can you suggest any plugins to change forms background colors in issue view/edit screen  in JSM Cloud .
