I've set up a workflow for a recruitment request which requires an approval stage when the request is first submitted (Approvers - Recruitment). Once it's approved, it moves to a Role Open status while we complete the advertising and interview process through our HR system. Once a candidate is chosen, we manually change the request from Role Open to Candidate Approval, in this stage it requires approval from the CEO (Approver - CEO).
The issue I'm having is that when I change it from Role Open to Candidate Approval, an error comes up saying there are no approvers in the Approver - CEO group - even when there is.
I have tested it with using the Approvers - Recruitment field for the Candidate Approval stage and it works.
Is there anything that would stop me from having a second set of approvers in the same request or is there something I'm missing?
