I have read several documents in which is stated that other Jira users (Core or Software) can be Service Desk collaborators, working on issues without a direct contact with customers.
Is it somehow possible with Confluence users?
Confluence is a completely separate system with its own users. Collaborators have to be Jira users, whether the person can use Confluence or not is irrelevant to Jira.
