Quiero saber si existe la posibilidad de agregar campos que no existen en el apartado de Formulario de solicitud, requiero modificar completamente un formulario/solicitud/incidencia, pero no me alcanza con los campos que me ofrece al editarlos.

Tengo el servicio free y soy el administrador de mi espacio, ¿cómo podría modificar los campos en el apartado de Formulario de solicitud sin tener que depender exclusivamente de los que me ofrece al editarlo?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What is the Type of Space you are using? Click the ... Button next to the Space name in the panel on the left. In the pop up that displays at the bottom will be two lines of text that day something like "Service space Company-managed". The Space type will dictate the process for adding fields.

¿Qué tipo de espacio estás utilizando? Haz clic en el botón de los tres puntos (...) junto al nombre del espacio en el panel de la izquierda. En la ventana emergente que aparece en la parte inferior, verás dos líneas de texto que dicen algo como "Espacio de servicio administrado por la empresa". El tipo de espacio determinará el proceso para añadir campos.

I want to know if it's possible to add fields that don't currently exist in the Request Form section. I need to completely modify a form/request/incident report, but the existing fields aren't sufficient.

I have the free service and I'm the administrator of my account. How can I modify the fields in the Request Form section without being limited to only the fields provided in the editing options?
