If I create a table for the customer portal, the table does not appear always and I have to refresh (F5 key) the pages to view the table.

The grid table is rendered only on the first access. To view it, it is necessary to update the page manually.

The table you are trying to display seems to come from a Jira Marketplace App.

Could you please provide additional information about what App it is, and what version of it you are using? The support channel of the App vendor might be a better place to ask about this particular issue.
