CSV Import Results in Issues Not Existing

After a .csv import the issues are created by Jira, existing in Jira if we view the full issue list.
But not linked to a project and therefor there is no backlog existing.

We are using Jira 1.7 and want to connect the imported issues to the project backlog.
How can we achieve this?

Filter the results to only show the list that is imported.

tools -> Bulk change all issues

select all the issues -> Next 

Select Move Issues

Move the selected issues to the desired project.
