CSV Export missing

Hi everybody!

I have an old Jira Server here on Version 6.4.5. I want to do a CSV Export, but the option is missing, I can only do e.g. an Excel Import.

Was CSV Export support in this version? And if so, why is it missing? Can I re-enable it?

There is an older post about exporting to CSV with updated information for more recent versions, but it alos contains an original answer from 2017. YOu can find it here:

Hi @SC My problem is, I know this way. But in step 5 CSV is not in the list and I have no idea why..
