C# Get all open Issues

Hi,

I am in process of writing  C# to pull all open issues onto an excel. I'm able to pull one issue at the time but how do I pull all the open issues at once and with only selected fields... my list of open issues is very short (50 odd)

Currently my code is able to get one issue at a time (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issues/#api-group-issues )

In the API list i don't see Get All or a range bound query. 

Should I write a JQL and use it query? What's the recommended approach with performance impact

Appreciate the help and pointers.

HI @S , yeah you should use JQL definitelly. YOu can use POST method for larger JQL (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issue-search/#api-rest-api-3-search-post). Or GET method for simple JQL (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issue-search/#api-rest-api-3-search-get)
