Bug while deleting customers

Hello,
I'm admin of a space in Jira Service Management. 
I think there is an issue with the delete button of customers. If I try to click the button on an active account, it shows the popup that the operation completed successfully but the row of the user is not removed. 



Did someone solve this issue?

Does the user have a regular Atlassian account? (Meaning not just the portal only user account).

Hello John, thanks for the welcome and the reply.

When I added the account as customer, it received an e-mail for registering and accepting my request in the space.

please try to verify that:

• in the Channel Access settings it is configured with restrictions;
• in the People and access section the same user you are trying to remove is not present (with the customer role).

Did you clear the cache after you did this? Also have you run this from the incognito mode?

many thanks for your reply. 

It is not a visualisation problem, it seems to be more a logical error. The bin icon should delete the user but actually it doesn't.

The link you provided unlikely did not solved the problem.
