Hello, we have an error in the client portal in the Service Desk which remains blank and only shows this error in the browser console, we tried to update the version of JIRA and JIRA Service Desk and it was not successful.

my only other thought is possibly an addon conflict. Short of that I would direct you to Atlassian Support.
