Broken customer portal

Hello, we have an error in the client portal in the Service Desk which remains blank and only shows this error in the browser console, we tried to update the version of JIRA and JIRA Service Desk and it was not successful.

What error? Can you try another browser and/or clear your cache?

Hi Jack, I have already tried other browsers, including the clients and even the server and it has the same result

my only other thought is possibly an addon conflict. Short of that I would direct you to Atlassian Support.
