Block move function from a project

Hi Community,

is there any possibility to block incoming moved issues from another project without clear the permission from the source project.

We have a central JSM but sometimes the customers open some tickets in wrong projects. The collegues that moves this issues to the central JSM dont fill the right fields because they dont care for some processes sadly (we work on that). I would like to block this moves to the central JSM without taken generally the move persmission from their projects.

Hi Dominic,

You can control who can create issues in your project with the Permission Scheme. Moving an issue into another project is actually a create function and needs that permission. So adjust the Permission Scheme used by your project to not allow others to create there.
