My billing admin left the company and the product was tied to his credit card. No one else is listed as a billing admin. How do I add a new billing admin so I can pay my bill and continue the service?

If you go to support.atlassian.com and select Billing in the contact form that team should be able to help you.
You should add multiple billing admins as per the documentation here: https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/understand-billing-administration/
Thanks Brant - I have tried that though. It keeps looping me back to either my subscription billing permissions page (which I am not allowed to add a billing admin since I am not already one) or it just sends me right back to the support pages to essentially start over. There is no form for me to fill out for the contact team.
I do have access to the emails for the individual that left so I can see the overdue invoice notice. I have also tried to follow the link in it - but again, just a loop to various support sites, all of which tell me I can add multiple billing admins - but you have to be a billing admin in order to add one.
I'd love to pay my bill and continue the service. I honestly would not expect it to be this hard.
