Hi everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with BigPicture in Resource Mode. When an assignee logs time on a ticket and this ticket is later reassigned to another person, all the logged time in the resource view is attributed to the new assignee. This means that the resource leveling for past periods no longer reflects reality.
We are working in "Remaining Effort Mode", which means the remaining effort of the ticket is correctly assigned to the new assignee in the resource planning.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there a workaround to ensure that the logged time remains with the original assignee, even after the ticket is reassigned?
