Hello,
I am trying to figure out the most logical way to create a recruitment process in our JSM project. The process starts with a manager submitting a service request for a job requisition, and once the service request is completed, a task is created for an HR agent to begin recruitment. What would be the best approach to align the interview process in JSM since tasks functionality is somewhat limited?
Any ideas/solutions would be appreciated since I am in kind of in a jam currently.
Thanks!
Hi Martin,
I did something along these lines many years ago. I created a separate project (Jira Software or Jira Business, doesn't matter) for the HR people to do the work. When the request comes into JSM and gets vetted/triaged and approved, then an automation rule would clone the request in the HR project with a link back to the original JSM ticket. Then you can update the JSM ticket as desired by automation rules from the HR ticket back to the JSM ticket.
