Bell notifications

I see this new feature in JIRA that shows all the notifications for a user and option to mark it read under https://example.com/home/notifications

This is helpful and I would like to see if this bell notification can be visible from any page in the service desk (we use cloud). Is this configurable? Does any one else use this feature?

Hi Ambika,

I think that's a great suggestion!  A feature request was recently raised for the behavior you're looking for, and you can find the details here JRACLOUD-69046. I'd recommend voting for the issue, and watching that page for updates related to the feature.
