Banner del portal de clientes se ve pequeño

Hola gente,

Tengo un problema con uno de mis sitios, donde el banner no ocupa toda la parte superior de la pantalla.. en mis otros sitios y espacios, la imagen se observa "extendida". Acá he probado con distintas dimensiones y aún así lo muestra mas pequeño. De hecho probé la imagen en otro sitio y se ve correctamente.

Ambos son helpcenter.

I notice that the image on the left hand side has rounded corners, which indicates that this is quite intentional.

Atlassian has been making a lot of changes to the UI of all its applications over the last year and my guess is that there are UI changes there as well. These changes are usually rolled out gradually, which may explain why you are seeing this on one site and not on others.

The message at the top of this support article (about UI changes rolling out) does support my educated guess on why this might be happening.
