Hello Team,
Every time when there is any update/new ticket created through email in JSD, the email Signature got attached to the ticket, and as a result, there are multiple duplicate attachments with the same signature images.
It's difficult to manage 50-100 or even more unnecessary duplicate attachments and deleting them manually is not possible every time.
Is there any workaround for allowing just one email attachment and avoiding duplicacy?
Please suggest.
