Hi, I have created a working automation that notifies a specific group of team members that an scheduled maintenance job will soon be run. The issue is then transitioned to the completed status.
I use the {{issue.key}} and {{issue.summary}} in the header of the email to identify the specific issue.
However, the two smart values are not clickable, they don't appear as hyperlinks. The recipients of this notification might need to click through to the specific issue so that they can see what actions will be performed during the scheduled maintenance.
Is there any way to making these smart values clickable?
