Automation options for Jira Discovery Tool (Discovery.exe)

Hi, I'm currently working on fully automating the deployment and configuration of the Assets Discovery tool. I have some questions about automating parts that I had been struggling.

"Discovery -s" password
Is there a supported way to automate setting the tool's main settings password? Furthermore, if I'll be running the tool strictly as a background service or prompted manually from time to time is it problematic to leave this password completely unset?

Scan Credentials
How can I automate the provisioning of scan credentials (for Windows)? Is there a CLI command/config file provisioning or other workaround to pass these?

Bypassing the Manual Cloud Export Step
My goal is to fully automate the cloud export process. Currently, to get the Jira Cloud Token, it seems I first have to run a scan, manually upload the results to Jira Service Management to generate the initial object schema, and then use that generated token to establish the ongoing connection (?) Is there any way to bypass this initial manual upload?

As far as I know initial bootstrap is manual; ongoing scans/exports can then be automated.
