welcome to the community and thanks for your question.

I guess you want to attach an attachment to a mail for a customer? 
If so, it is not possible to send attachments. There is currently no feature in default JSM. You will need to install a 3rd party app to solve this.
Two of them for example are:

• Email this issue
• Enterprise Mail Handler

For further information I would recommend to vote and watch this Feature Request
