I successfully made an automation rule for when a sprint is completed then release a version. I also want to make an automation rule when the version is released a new sprint is created. Any help would be welcomed.

Not sure this one is possible at this point.
Sprints cannot be created via Automation Rules as far as I'm aware. You'd need to use a scripting app or the API I think.
