Automation for custom field

i need an automation (see Screenshot) for a customfield. This customfield should be filled when an issue is created with "Organization Details"

Hi @Markus Ambrosch , are you saying that you want to copy the data from one field to another field when an issue is created? As stated, there is insufficient data for me to suggest an automation solution. Could you please restate what completely what your requirements are?

Hi @Jack Brickey !
Yes, we are trying to copy the customer details/ organization details into a custom field. However, we failed in finding the suitable smart values to extract this Information. (The issue field "organisations" seems to be only working for issues shared with entire organizations).
