Need to the automation in JSM if the customer is added in any project and If that user has a specific domain so by default it should added to one portal

you don't need an automation to do that.
You can associate automatically a user to an organization (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-email-domains-to-automatically-group-customers-into-organizations/ ) and put that organization at customer level in one or more projects at your convenience.

you can do that through the link that I sent you in my previous comment. Then you can add the organization to your JSM project in the customer section.
