Automation for Jira

Is this solution available for Service Desk cloud?

Hi @baraaabbas 

It use to be (as of last week I believe), but the company behind it had been bought by Atlassian, who said in a past monthly communication that Automation for Jira would be built into Jira in the future (this year). 

It might have been incorporated into Jira Service Desk already. Try looking in Project Settings, scroll to the bottom and look for Project Automation. If not there, then I guess you'll need to wait for Jira to roll it out to all.
