There was a known issue yesterday which has been marked as resolved (link to issue:
https://jira-service-management.status.atlassian.com/incidents/hbhx13fzvdgz). However, we are still experiencing issues with a delay in the automation workflows.
This took 8 minutes for the automation to work.
This seems information from the issue history, this doesn't say that the automation took 8 minutes
Automation made the assignee change, so a rule did this.
The other action is you approving an issue.
Or is this done in the same automation rule, if so, then:
1. what type of project is this (e.g., company-managed, team-managed, etc.),
2. images that show your complete rule.
3. images showing the details of any relevant actions/conditions/branches.
4. images showing the Audit Log details for the rule execution.
5. Explain where the issue is.
