I'm new to JSM :):):)
i have checked few articals which is related to 3 Strike rules but these diff senarios.
i want to make it simple Rules.
when ticket status in Pending ( waiting for customer), we need to send 1st notifcation after update pending 24 Hrs
2nd notification 4 hrs
3rd notification 48 hrs exculde week-ends.
please help me to configure

It talks about both creating custom notifications using Automation, as well as the option to use the SLA functionality. There's a lot of great links there, but I will highlight a particular rule in Jira's Automation Library:
