Hello, I’m located in Argentina and currently working with Jira and Jira Service Management (Cloud). I’m experiencing noticeable delays in the execution of automation rules, with some taking much longer than expected to run. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any best practices or recommendations to improve rule performance?

The execution time of a rule depends on how many actions it includes and what those actions are. Operations like searching for issues, creating issues, working with large sets of data, or sending requests to external webhooks can significantly slow down rule performance.
