Automation Rule to send email to a customer not in Jira

I need to set up an automation with multiple conditions . I have set up all the other conditions but I cant seem to be able to send to a mail outside Jira to notify a client. 

I am relatively new at this so I am sure there is something I am missing . I have attached a screenshot of the current configuration. 

The aim is to send P1 tickets to a third-party email.

Hi Ola,

There are two methods of Automation in JSD: Automation and Project automation. It appears you are using the first which is found near the top of the project settings. You will need to use Project automation to achieve your goal as the first doesn’t allow sending emails to non-users. Project automation can be found near the bottom of project settings.
