Automation Rule - Custom field missing in value picker

I'm trying to set a Custom field value but it is not listed in the field value picker,

The filed is a Select List (cascading) with a few options to choose.

I'm looking at trying to do it under the "More Options" drop-down but unsure how to do it, Please help

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please give us more details about the automation you are creating?
What conditions are you using (When it happens, if these match, then do this)?

Is this field not appearing when you use the condition "Then do this" > Edit issue?
