Automation Requirement

We need to create an automation rule that has the following rule:

For specific (sub) issue types that are transitioned to DONE status we need to transition the parent issue to another status, but only when there are no other specific sub issue types for the parent issue that are still not transitioned to the DONE status.

Is this possible? 

I'm fairly new to this automation and would appreciate any help.

I highly recommend the App "Automation for JIra" that has really good automation to look at linked, epics and parent issues when determining criteria to transition an issue".

Thanks for your reply. Sorry I didn't mention that we have the automation for Jira add-in but I have been struggling to see how to create a rule where I have to consider all other child events of a parent within a given action.
