I'm working on an Onboarding project using Jira's onboarding template. I have created a form within the project and would like to, after the ticket reaches a certain status, attach a form.
I was able to do this via automation, however, I want the Manager role to fill it out. Is there anyway I can send a notification with the form to the Manager to fill out the form?
And if not, is there a way to link the issue created by the form to an existing issue via automation?
