Automating ticket creation with respect to the count of the attachments
Hi Team, I was trying to build an automation that will be triggered during ticket creation, for example if there are 4 attachments uploaded in the ticket during ticket creation. I want to
- create attachement with respect to issue count, in above example 4 tickets.
- Make individual attachment file name as summary of the ticket.
- copy individual attachement to individual tickets that are being created in this automation.
