I'm working on a Jira Service Management automation that can streamline our incident management process. We're trying to create an automation that will automatically post comments made to the user to all linked issues. However, we're only looking to include external comments.
Currently, my automation is posting both internal and external comments to linked issues, resulting in internal comments appearing in the customer comments section.
Does anyone have any experience with a similar automation? Any suggestions on how to filter for external comments only would be greatly appreciated.
