Hi! We have a CAB process where, depending on the application, there are different folks who have to approve it. Say the custom field for app has the value XX then 10 persons have to be assigned to approve it, if it is YY then it is 12 persons and so on.
I'm not sure what would be the best design in Jira. We though may be acquiring a simple CMDB add-on so that we have to the several apps we have the approvers, but then how we could link those to the issue automatically?
Any help on how we can design this, natively or with add-ons, would be highly appreciated!
