Automatically Create Incidents from Alerts in Jira Service Management

Hi All

how can we enable this feature ? We can not see automation  tab on Jira Operations

Hi @Gokhan Celik 

First you need to create a Team, then in the team select operations.

Also a requirements is to have the feature Incident Management enabled on a JSM project.
