My first question to the community so hopefully i provide all the info you need.
We are trying to automate some of our Application Access Requests. We have a SaaS tool already - Torii HQ which allows a user to see our current app list and request access to other apps. We have created a workflow in Torii to create a new service request in JIRA for the app and provide the info.
However, I have an issue, when the service request is submitted, the reportee is not populated/is the user of the API used. IS there a way to use automation to grab the requester name from the Service Request Summary? For example, summary would be
"Joe Bloggs - Requested access to AWS" could automation grab the name and then edit the issue to make the requester the person in the summary and how that can be done?
