Autocomplete in message field

We often end-up using the same phrases and formulation when answering to clients or internaly.

Is there a way to have some kind of autocomplete in the messages field that checks for previous phrases we used, and will provide an autocomplete inline menu with choices made from the 10 phrases beginning by these letters that we used the most often.

This could also be a project-wide feature, so as to encourage coherence across a project.
