Auto updating Incident description by <p> </p> tag

One of the JIRA tickets descriptions is auto-updating by <p> </p> tag.

Kindly help to resolve the issue

Hi Samir:

Are you saying that only one issue in your JSM project has the html tag showing, and all others are displaying correctly?  Furthermore, what do you mean by auto-updating?
