Is there any way I can move my resolved tickets to close after 5 days. Do I need to use any plugins/addons for the same.
Is this a free inbuilt service or paid add-ons/ extra set of features?

You can simply use SLA
Create new SLA for this purposes
Add JQL to SLA goal
Than add a custom rule automation when SLA breached or is about to be breached
Than transition issue.
Also edit the SLA to stop when status is Close
Or you could set up a filter for issues last updated more than 5 days and status = resolved add a subscription to it and you recive this filter and then you bulk edit it.
Or if you have a Automation for Jira plugin
Add a rule
Trigger: scheduled you can choose every day add JQL status = Resolved and updatedDate <= -5d to it
Then: transition issue
Automation for jira is very usefful addon

Hi All
I have a requirement to move the Jira as below -
Workflow Status = Escalated and Assignee = Y to be moved to Workflow Status as "Resolved" in 3 business days. This should skip Sat/Sunday, can this be done in Jira?
