Auto-reply rejected emails

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

We are using Jira Service Desk (server). We have setup an email adress, and selected the option, that only Service Desk users can create tickets.

When a non-user sends an email there is no ticket created, so that's okay.

But I would like to notify them via an auto-generated email reply, that their email mesasge has not been reveived, because they are not a licensed user.

How do I accomplish this?
