Can someone give me a help hand with attachment case? We are using Jira ServiceDesk Server.
When we add an attachment to the public comment, a receiver gets an e-mail with link to this attachment. How can we make it a little bit different? I wish to add an attachment to the public comment in way, that a receiver gets an e-mail with this file allready, not with link to download this file from Jira after he log into system.

Customers will only receive a link. Agents will see the issue as an image.
