Hello. Tell me please, what's wrong. When resolved task is sent with any attachments, users receives only task text w/o attachments.
There was a similar question asked with a given solution; it seems as though a user would need to select the link and login to view the attachments as they not sent via email within notifications at this time. A suggestion is already open with Atlassian to implement this: JSDSERVER-3371 which is currently in review.
