Why customer don't see attachments field on screen?

Thank you for replay. I checked my properties described in that article. I think I do all right. And agent can see attachments field but customer can't. Снимок экрана 2021-04-06 175303.jpg

 

Customer can see attachments field when create issue, but when browse his issue He can see only attachments in comments, The atachments field is absent.
