Attachments added by customer in portal sometimes show thumbnail, others are shown as text link

Hi, 

What is the explanation for the following behavior (Jira Data Center 8.13.3):

When one print screen is added to an issue in the portal, it shows the image to the customer, other images added are just showing the name of the file, followed by 'thumbnail'.

Any idea why this happens?

Could you check the option of Administration > System > General configuration > Internet Explorer MIME Sniffing Security Hole Workaround Policy? If it's not Work around Internet Explorer security hole, could you change it and try again?

This setting was already set to 'Work around Internet Explorer security hole'
