We have a service Management cloud project for our client, there is a complaint where user is not able to see there attachment files. All the attached files are showing "Failed to load".
Please provide us the solution to load those files and download it. There will a problem if we lost the attached data.

I would start by going to the issue/request where the attachment was added and confirm the attachment is there. If you are the Service Desk agent of the project, you should be able to confirm the file is there.
I can see the files are there in the attachment but not loading coming up with a error symbol.
