Hi @Kevin Ebert , welcome to the community! I'm trying it myself, and so far, we're experiencing the same thing.  I tried both Chrome and Edge with the same results.

I would suggest opening a ticket with Atlassian and see if they could assist:

I did eventually get the email. Hopefully you did too.  I wonder if they only send them once a day.
