If I install the Atlassian extension: Jira, Rovo Dev, Bitbucket in Visual Studio code and connect to Jira Atlassian, it will fetch all my tickets from Atlassian.
Can I exclude tickets from Jira service management?
My problem is that with service desk tickets there is a possibility that they may contain sensitive personal data that should not be processed by AI.

Thank you in advance.

Regards Kristina

Hello and welcome to the Community @Kristina A_ H_ Skjellerup

I do not see a documented native option to exclude JSM tickets only from the extension, and for sensitive data I would handle it through permissions and AI/Rovo admin settings instead.

If needed, disable AI for the relevant app or disconnect/hide it from Rovo

Hi,
That's what I came up with too, a bit of a sad solution, but it must be the way forward if we are going to use Rovo.
Thanks for the answer,
