I'm trying to add the Atlassian Assist app to my Slack workspace, but when I try to add it, it tells me to create a new project.
However, I already have a Jira Management Service project set up in this Atlassian account, but it doesn't recognize it.
Even though I have a project already configured, it always asks me to create a new one.
Hi @matheus_silva , welcome to the community!
Typically when I link assist to a project I start in the Slack channel I want assist in and do a /invite to the assist app. Once invited it will prompt you for what project to connect and whether it's a request or agent channel, and if request what request types to include
The above is assuming Assist is in your workspace already, If you need to install the assist app in your Slack workspace it should just be through the Slack marketplace listing, if you're a workspace admin you should be able to just click "Add to Slack"

Hello, thank you very much for your reply.
I managed to add Atlassian Assist, but it doesn't recognize the project.
