Please advise best practices and recourses to migrate Atlassian analytics data from one jira site to another within a company.

Atlassian Analytics data is data that is retrieved from a Jira instance, so if you move Jiara data to another instance, you would need to create a new connector in Atlassian Analytics, to use this data

I think, you can clone reposts in analytics and connect it to the right source.
